4/2, 1:50pm: We are cancelling this event due to weather. Even though the Clear Sky Clocks indicate the cloud cover will be good, the winds are supposed to be pretty nasty. Public telescope viewing at Rancho San Rafael Park. Viewing will begin approx. 1/2 hour after sunset. Event will be cancelled for weather if skies are overcast. Enter at the main park entrance on Sierra Street (other entrances will be locked). Continue along the park road until the far west end of the park, where we will be set up in the large dirt lot. |
